At the heart of BFC Building Group is a dedicated leadership team, including Warwick White, an experienced builder known for his hands-on approach and commitment to quality construction, and Jessyka White, who brings creativity and precision through her role in kitchen design and project coordination. Together, they combine practical expertise with design insight to deliver tailored outcomes for every client.

    Co-Founder/Accounts Manager

    Fay plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on organisation and financial management, she ensures every project is supported with efficiency and care.

    Outside of work, Fay values time with family and enjoys cooking, bringing the same warmth and dedication into both her personal and professional life.

  • Jessyka White

    Director

    Jess brings over 12 years of experience to the business, combining strong leadership with a keen eye for detail. She is passionate about delivering quality results and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Jessyka enjoys spending time with loved ones, travelling, and getting away with the family with kids sports and water skiing, embracing a balanced and family-focused lifestyle.

  • Warwick White

    Director/Builder

    Warwick brings over 12 years of hands-on industry experience, delivering high-quality workmanship and practical expertise across every project. His strong leadership and attention to detail ensure each build is completed to the highest standard.

    Outside of work, Warwick enjoys off-roading and water skiing, making the most of the outdoors and an active lifestyle.

  • David Killick

    Project Manager

    Dave brings over 35 years of industry experience, supporting the smooth coordination and delivery of each project. With a strong focus on organisation and communication, he helps ensure builds stay on track and meet client expectations.

    Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf and spending time unwinding on the course.

  • Mick Barrett

    Kitchen Designer

    Mick brings a fresh perspective to the team, with over 35 of experience creating functional and visually appealing kitchen spaces. He works closely with clients to bring their ideas to life, focusing on both practicality and style.

    Outside of work, Mick enjoys 4x4 adventures, camping, and spending time outdoors.

  • Nathan "Boo" Hall

    Cabinet Maker

    Boo brings over 8 years of experience with us, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail across every project. His skills and dedication ensure each piece is built to a high standard, complementing the overall finish of every build.

    Outside of work, Boo enjoys fishing, camping, and a round of golf.

  • James "Tippy" Turner

    Cabinet Maker

    Tippy brings over 16 years of experience, contributing to the delivery of quality joinery and finishes across each project. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, he helps ensure every build meets a high standard.

    Outside of work, Tippy enjoys 4x4 adventures, camping, cars, and spending time with family.

  • Jacob "Panda" Ellison

    Kitchen Installer

    Panda brings over 3 year and a half of experience, contributing to the delivery of quality joinery and finishes across each project. With a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail, he takes pride in creating functional, high-quality kitchen spaces for customers.

  • Nathan Moon

    Carpenter

    Nathan brings over 9 years of hands-on experience, contributing to the construction of high- quality, durable, and precise builds. With a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail, he ensures every project meets the team’s high standards.

    Outside of work, Nathan enjoys showing bantam chickens at poultry shows.

  • Michael Blake

    Labourer

    Mick brings over a lot of experience supporting the team across a range of construction projects. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, he helps ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently.

    Outside of work, Michael enjoys making and creating projects, bringing his creativity into every aspect of life.
